Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.yaffagraceco.com (the "Site") and all services provided by Yaffa Grace Co ("YGC," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services
YGC provides career services and talent consulting for individual job seekers and organizations. This includes:
- Resume and LinkedIn profile writing
- Cover letter creation
- Career coaching and strategy sessions
- Interview preparation and follow-up
- Asynchronous support (email/text)
- Digital downloads and templates
- Group coaching and community memberships (planned)
- Talent acquisition consulting and organizational partnerships

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Booking and Payment
All services must be booked through our Acuity Scheduling platform and paid in full via Stripe. No refunds or payment plans are available at this time unless otherwise specified in writing.
By purchasing a service, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting YGC to resolve any concerns in good faith. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as a breach of contract.

4. No Guarantees
While we provide expert-level strategy, coaching, and deliverables, we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or any specific results. Organizational consulting outcomes are based on agreed-upon scopes and mutual engagement.

5. Intellectual Property
All website content, downloadable materials, resume templates, and coaching frameworks are the intellectual property of Yaffa Grace Co and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without express written permission.
Clients retain full ownership of final deliverables (e.g., resumes, LinkedIn content) for personal use. However, all frameworks, templates, and methodologies used to create those deliverables remain the intellectual property of YGC.

6. Confidentiality
We honor client confidentiality and will not disclose personal, professional, or business information unless required by law. Organizational engagements include NDAs when appropriate.

7. Testimonials and Portfolio Use
By providing written or verbal feedback, you grant YGC the right to use anonymized versions of your feedback, resume, or results (without identifying information) for marketing or training purposes unless otherwise requested.

8. Non-Disparagement
You agree to communicate concerns professionally and not to publicly defame or disparage YGC, its employees, or services. We aim to resolve all issues in good faith.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason, including abuse, harassment, or misuse of services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

11. Dispute Resolution and Limitation of Liability
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith communication. Any legal claims must be filed in the courts of Washington State. YGC’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
