After GSK, I returned to talent acquisition, this time focused exclusively on the BioPharma and Biotech space, building commercial teams across rare disease, oncology, and specialty biotech and BioPharma companies. That work led me to co-found BlueGene Search, a boutique talent acquisition firm built to scale rare disease and specialty biotech companies.
