I’ve spent two decades on every side of the hiring table: the recruiter choosing who advances, the person building rare-disease launch teams, the candidate finding a way through, and the patient who knows exactly what this industry is for. I founded and co-founded three executive search firms, and spent ten years inside the commercial engine at GSK.
