Marketing Operations – Product Manager

Location: Boulder, CO

Job Description:


The Product Manager, Marketing Operations will support the Melanoma & CRC marketing teams by managing key franchise operations, including meeting planning, congress planning, HCP peer-to-peer speaker programming, promotional material inventory/fulfillment management and brand agency management. This position will report to the Sr. Director Melanoma Marketing.


  • Internal Meeting Planning & Field Communications: Work with Sales management, Training, Medical, Market Access, HR & Legal/Compliance to lead the planning of all internal franchise meetings (logistics, agenda, content, activities, gifts, etc.), as well as field communications (including calls, newsletters, etc.)

  • Congress Planning: Align franchise strategy & plans for congresses (e.g. ASCO), including coordinating booth/exhibit (e.g. solidifying space, organizing cross-functional planning meetings, liaising with content owners to develop content, managing agencies, collaborating with Marketing on advertising/KOL engagement opportunities, etc.)

  • Promotional Materials Inventory Management: Manage cross-franchise portfolio of promotional material inventory and fulfillment, including label updates. Report monthly/quarterly use to inform future plans.

  • Promotional Speaker Bureau Vendor Management: Manage MD, APP, Pharmacist promotional peer-to-peer speaker bureau program through management of outside vendor. Oversee cross-franchise alignment, synergies and efficiencies, as well as performance & issue resolution. Liaise with melanoma/CRC marketing leads on speaker deck development, speaker identification and training, etc.

  • Brand Agency Management: Manage cross-franchise agency SOWs/fee reconciliation. Facilitate status calls, communication best practices, performance surveys/discussions, etc.

Job Qualifications

  • Three to five years of experience in product marketing in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

  • Experience working with field forces and/or sales experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies

  • Strong analytical skills, detail and action oriented, creative

  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail & sense of urgency

  • Superb teamwork & collaboration and communication skills

  • Oncology & launch experience desired, but not mandatory

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
