Director, Marketing- COPD - 18001958
Leads all HCP and Patient related marketing activities for YUPELRI/Perforomist. This includes but is not limited to: the development of the branding platform including; all HCP/Patient promotional programs/materials training, market research, public affairs, publications, Responsible for creation and execution of tactics in all above areas with a lens towards creativity, flawless execution and communication and ROI measurement (as applicable).
Responsible for key aspects of COPD Marketing: HCP promotional programs/materials; hospital to home strategy/tactics; managed markets/access; Pulmonary Advisory Board (field team) meetings/activities; lead within Marketing to liaise with sales training for COPD.
Lead all MARC submissions and meetings related to the areas of responsibility
Collaborates and builds consensus among Mylan Specialty functional areas relative to product strategies, initiatives, and commercial development.
Update and maintain budget responsibilities for key marketing initiatives.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with other functional areas (i.e., Sales, Managed Markets, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial/Marketing Operations) and through those relationships, advances product or portfolio opportunities.
Develops and manages strong sustainable relationships with external constituents (i.e. key opinion leaders, advisors, and agencies).
Participates in the development of strategies that will contribute to long-term growth for the franchise.
Contribute to the development of presentation materials to Sr. Management.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 6 years of product management/marketing or equivalent experience. Launch experience is a plus. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Pharmaceutical marketing or equivalent experience required. Product launch experience preferred.
Hands on, roll-up your sleeves approach. Superior platform/presentation skills. Effective interpersonal and negotiations skills.
Excellent project management expertise and budgeting skills. Demonstrate strong bottom-line orientation with significant financial, budget and P&L experience. Strong leadership skills, strong interpersonal and people management skills.
Preference for action versus reaction, ability to focus on important drivers of business versus tangents, strategic thinking and analytical skills. Ability to train, influence, and motivate large audiences.
Capability for future career growth important. Must have some familiarity with non-personal promotions to healthcare professionals. Knowledge of respiratory market is preferred
Position functions autonomously. No direct reports.
Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts. Ability to present to groups across the organization.
Typically sitting at a desk or table. Intermittently sitting, standing, walking or stooping. Periodic travel (up to 25%) is required. Normal office situation.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
